• For credit card payment users, after entering your credit card details, you will be directed to a verification page where your bank will send a digital code via SMS or email. Kindly enter this code on the verification page to complete your payment process. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation letter at your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
• Please note that the onsite symposium ticket includes access to the online surgical broadcast on 3^rd September 2025.
• For participants who register under the online surgical broadcast category only, kindly be advised that this category DOES NOT include access to the main congress (5^th –7^th September 2025) or the workshops on 3^rd and 4^th September 2025.
• The access link for the online surgical broadcast will be provided to participants one week prior to the event.

Non-APAGE member can register for an early bird special package symposium tailored for Obstetricians, Gynecologists or other medical specialists.
NO NEED to register for APAGE membership seperately on APAGE official website.

This Registratoin category DOES NOT include the ticket for the main congress from 5^th to 7^th September 2025 or the workshop on 3^rd and 4^th September 2025

2. Please note that participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
3. Participants who made payments via remittance, refund will be made post-closure of the congress.
4. If you would like to cancel after 7 days of your payment, we kindly suggest you to find a replacement participant to take your place.
