Scholarship Application

Event: 2025 APAGE Shanghai Annual Congress

Date: 4 - 7 September, 2025 (5th – 7th Friday to Sunday, Main Congress)

2025 APAGE Shanghai is pleased to announce that active and current APAGE affiliated society members and APAGE-YAG members under 45 years old with the abstract submitted and accepted by the 2025 APAGE Shanghai are eligible to apply for scholarship to attend 2025 APAGE Annual Congress in Shanghai. It is APAGE’s mission and responsibility to facilitate the MIS training for our members especially rising and prospective gynecologists.
 

Eligible Criteria:

1. Applicants must be either APAGE-YAG member / APAGE affiliated society members under 45 years old
2. Applicants must complete the congress registration online before applying for scholarship.
3. Applicants must to submit an abstract to the 2025 APAGE Shanghai Annual Congress with the abstract accepted by the 2025 APAGE Shanghai committee.

Sponsorship Cover:

• Registration fees for main congress from 5 - 7 September 2025 (This benefit is not applicable to participants under group registration.)
• Accommodation (maximum 3-night).

Notice

• Submitters who withdraw their abstracts will be Unable to apply for the scholarship.
• Successful applicants will be notified after reviewing by the APAGE committee.
• Scholars have to submit a reflection with less than 2 pages in PDF format before 21 September 2025. Your congress registration fee will be wire transferred to your bank account after reflection submission.
• Successful applicants have to inform the 2025 APAGE Shanghai below information:
  • Your check in/out days of the accommodation in Shanghai.
  • Passport copy or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident
  • Foreign currency bank account information

• Please note that each scholar will be provided with single occupancy accommodation arranged by the 2025 APAGE Shanghai committee during your stay in Shanghai.
