Submission Notice

  • Each submitter is allowed to submit only one abstract.
  • The submitter must indicate one presenter to present at the congress, who must be one of the listed authors.
  • All correspondence regarding the abstract will be directed to the submitter.
  • The submitter must consent to the publication of the submitted abstract. Additionally, the submitter is responsible for obtaining consent from all authors prior to completing the submission.
  • Please note that all rejected abstracts will be transferred to e-poster.

Notice

  • All abstracts are required to be written in English.
  • All submitters must complete their registration to the congress.
  • All submissions must consist of original work, and the abstract must not have been published or presented elsewhere.

Notification of Acceptance

  • Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent via email to the submitter.
  • Should you decided to withdraw your submission, a written request must be made to the Congress Secretariat no later than 20th June 2025.

Awards

  • Each presentation styles will announce Top 3 winners.
  • Please note that the award winners will be announced and receive the awards at the closing ceremony on 7th September 2025. If you are unable to attend, please appoint a representative to accept the award on your behalf. Otherwise, the award will be given to the next eligible recipient. Additionally, trophies and certificates will not be mailed.
