For delegates unable to pay the registration fee via credit card, remittance service is available for your convenience.

Guidelines

  1. Confirm your registration type and corresponding fee.
  2. Complete the remittance transaction and provide the following details to the APAGE Secretariat for verification:
  • Transaction date
  • Registration fee type and amount
    • If you are an APAGE member, please provide your APAGE number or account email
  • Registered name
  • Remitter's account name
  • Last 5 digits of the remitter's account number

Provide your remittance details


Once your remittance is successfully confirmed, we will notify you via the congress email.

 Refund Cancellation Application Deadline
Full refund Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your payment;
requests after 7 days will not be processed.
No refund After 7 July, 2025

    • Your full name
    • Your registration number (please log in to check your registration number)
  2. Please note that participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
  3. Participants who made payments via remittance, refund will be made post-closure of the congress.
