Scholarship Application

2025 APAGE Shanghai is pleased to announce that active and current APAGE affiliated society members and APAGE-YAG members under 45 years old with the abstract submitted and accepted by the 2025 APAGE Shanghai are eligible to apply for scholarship to attend 2025 APAGE Annual Congress in Shanghai. It is APAGE’s mission and responsibility to facilitate the MIS training for our members especially rising and prospective gynecologists.

Submission Notice

• Each submitter is allowed to submit only one abstract.
• The submitter must indicate one presenter to present at the congress, who must be one of the listed authors.
• All correspondence regarding the abstract will be directed to the submitter.
• The submitter must consent to the publication of the submitted abstract. Additionally, the submitter is responsible for obtaining consent from all authors prior to completing the submission.
• Please note that all rejected abstracts will be transferred to e-poster.

Notice

• All abstracts are required to be written in English.
• All submitters must complete their registration to the congress.
• All submissions must consist of original work, and the abstract must not have been published or presented elsewhere.

Notification of Acceptance

• Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent via email to the submitter.
• Should you decided to withdraw your submission, a written request must be made to the Congress Secretariat no later than 20^th June 2025.

Awards

• Each presentation styles will announce Top 3 winners.
• Please note that the award winners will be announced and receive the awards at the closing ceremony on 7^th September 2025. If you are unable to attend, please appoint a representative to accept the award on your behalf. Otherwise, the award will be given to the next eligible recipient. Additionally, trophies and certificates will not be mailed.
